My favorite green tip - I take my magazines to the library instead of throwing them out. My library has a "used magazine" bin where you can add magazines to it and take ones that look interesting to you!

Update all your light bulbs with energy saving light bulbs. Also of course, recycle what you can, and reuse old jar & coffe tins.
