I have just discovered Alice.com, an online store that has the lowest prices (and clip-free manufacturer's coupons!) and the shipping is ALWAYS free!
Right now, I got Kotex liners for $.41/pkg and Suave shampoo for $.60/bottle, for a grand total (with tax) of $2.41 for two packages of liners and two bottles of shampoo.
Normally, there's a 6 item order minimum (due to their super low prices and free shipping, I believe), but since it was my first order, they let me checkout with less than 6.
If you haven't tried Alice before, check it out! Just do a search for the items you normally buy (or Kotex and Suave like me), and sort by price. You will notice that there are coupons available, and they will be automatically applied after you put the products in your cart.
I don't know how long the deal would last, so I suggest you take advantage of it asap.
UPD: there's also Bounty paper towels for $.59/roll (single roll after the coupon), which is a pretty good price for a brand name paper towel.
