BOOK OFFER RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To receive your free copy of a book published by Scholastic Inc. (“Scholastic” or “Sponsor”), simply visit the survey area for Lysol on Scholastic’s web site at http://www.scholastic.com/lysol (the "Site") and submit your entry by fully completing the survey and contact information in the online form on the Site. Book Redemption Program begins August 1, 2009 12:01 a.m. EST and ends either (a) when 1,000 books have been given away or (b) January 31, 2010 Midnight EST, whichever occurs earlier. One entry per person and household. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of the online entry form will be accepted. Duplicate requests will constitute fraud. Incomplete or invalid requests and/or requests from clubs/organizations/businesses/commercial entities/groups are void and will not be processed or returned. All entries shall become the property of Sponsor. YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THIS BOOK REDEMPTION PROGRAM ONLINE. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. All decisions of Sponsor will be final. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

2. Eligibility. Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), age 18 or older as of date of entry. Void where taxed, prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Books. Subject to these rules each eligible entrant to submit a completed online survey with contact information will receive one (1) free copy of a book published by Scholastic (estimated retail value: $3.99). The Sponsor’s decisions in all matters related to this promotion shall be final. Books are non-transferable, non-assignable and no cash alternative will be offered. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery from the end of the promotion.
